Low calorie pizza recipe
The preparation of a pizza made by one low-calorie, low-fat and most vitamins possible:
Mass
- 450 grams of flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 325 cc of hot water
Salsa
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- Spices
You can add up the dough:
- 250 grams of light mozzarella
- 125 grams of ham
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 3 mushrooms sliced
Home preparation is always recommended that the pizza you can buy. The cured ham provides thiamin, a nutrient that turns carbohydrates into energy.
The light mozzarella contains half the fat than common. The homemade salsa adds less sugar.
